What we do
We work on the decisions that determine whether a software system can grow: service boundaries, data flows, consistency, platform and cost. Our clients are technical leaders, CTOs and heads of engineering who need those decisions measured and defended rather than guessed.
Most engagements begin with an Architecture Assessment. It shows where the system breaks and in which order to fix it. From there we design the target, deliver it in stages with your team, or step back and let your team carry it on.

Questions about us
Why is there no team page?
Because we work inside our clients’ production systems and codebases, we do not publish our team details. The CVs and certifications of the architects assigned to your project are shared directly once an NDA is signed.
Who will we talk to first?
The architect who would lead the work. There is no separate sales conversation; the first call is technical from the start.
Where are you based?
We have two companies, one in the United Kingdom (London) and one in Türkiye (İzmir). Engagements run remotely, in English or Turkish.
Can we see work you have done before?
Yes. After an NDA we walk you through relevant past work and, where clients have agreed, arrange a conversation with a reference.
