How engineers work here
Our work starts with measurement. We find where a system breaks, order the fixes by risk and deliver them in stages that can be reversed. Engineers work inside that loop: close to the customer, close to production and responsible for the result.
We write things down. Architecture decisions, runbooks and handover notes are part of the work, not an extra, and everything we produce belongs to the customer.
