Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of consulting, audit and software development services provided by Future Formative Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.

Our services are offered to buyers acting for commercial and professional purposes. For this reason, consumer rights under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, do not apply to these sales. If you receive the service as an individual consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancelling fixed-price services

• If you cancel before the service starts, the amount paid is refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, the fee for the working days spent up to that point is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded.
• No refund is made for outputs that have been delivered and accepted.

Time-based and monthly services

• Monthly services can be ended by written notice, effective at the end of the current period.
• The notice period and any minimum term commitment are set out in the service contract.
• No partial refund is made for a monthly period that has already started.

Payment and refund process

• Refund requests are sent in writing to info@futureformative.net.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days of the request being approved.
• How long a refund to a credit card takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Exclusions

Work that cannot be completed because the client does not provide the necessary information, access or approvals, and delays caused by force majeure, do not give rise to a refund.
