The file you upload is checked automatically for security reasons. This check only confirms that the file does not contain harmful content; it is not used to assess your application. Applications are assessed by people, not by automated systems.
Special categories of personal data
We do not ask for special categories of personal data such as health, religion, or association or trade union membership, nor for your photo or national ID number. Please leave this information out of your CV; if it is included, it is not taken into account.
Parties to whom personal data is transferred and why
Your personal data may be transferred to our hosting and email suppliers in order to run the service, and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of our obligations under the relevant legislation. Otherwise it is not shared with third parties, sold or used for marketing.
Collection method and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected, wholly or partly by automated means, when you fill in the application form on our website and upload your CV, and through server logs during your visit to the site.
Legal grounds: KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (processing directly related to entering into a contract) for assessing your application, Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) for keeping information secure and measuring application channels, and Article 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) for obligations arising from legislation. Keeping your application for future roles is based only on your explicit consent (Article 5(1)); this consent is optional and does not affect how your application is assessed.
Retention period
Your application is kept for 6 months after the hiring process for the role is completed and is then deleted. If you have given explicit consent for it to be kept for future roles, your application is kept for 12 months from the date of application. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@futureformative.net; your application is then deleted unless it is part of an ongoing hiring process. If you are hired, your data is processed as employee personal data and you will be informed about this separately.
Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you can:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
- request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law;
- request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of any correction, erasure or destruction;
- object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damage suffered because of unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your application, together with information that verifies your identity, by email to info@futureformative.net or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature, and within thirty days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
